Two new HMO plans, United Health Care in Georgia and Geisinger Health Plan in Pennsylvania, will be joining FEHB in 2007, and Aetna Open Access will expand coverage into North Carolina. Five new high deductible health plans will be available, in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and New York, and 13 plans are adding a second option to their existing option. There are no fundamental changes in benefits in FEHB for the upcoming year, but more minor changes within plans do occur.
