Want to know how the Consumer Driven Health Plan works?

  • Your PCA is funded for you to use each year. Benefits dollars cover your first $1,200 ($2,400 for a family) of health care and pharmacy expenses at 100% with no co-pays.
  • If you don’t use all of your PCA funds during the year, the remaining balance rolls over to the next year.
  • Up to $400 (single) and $800 (family) of your PCA can be used for dental or vision care.
  • Preventive care is 100% covered in-network and is not subtracted from your PCA.
  • All Plan Members have direct access to a wide range of support services – online or by phone.
