AAFES Recalls Toys

The Army and Air Force Exchange Service is recalling 11,400 "Soldier Bear" wooden and plastic toys which were sold at exchanges worldwide from August 2006 through October 2007. The toys, which were manufactured by First Learning Company Ltd. And Toy World Group Co., in Hong Kong, contain excessive amounts of lead.
