The Coast Guard is transferring two 110-foot cutters — the Drummond and Cushing — to Ukraine. Vice Adm. Michael McAllister, the deputy commandant for mission support, was scheduled to transfer the vessels to Ukraine President Petro Poroshenko during a Sept. 27 ceremony at Coast Guard Yard Baltimore.
