The Fleet Reserve Association, a professional group representing past and present members of the sea services, is conducting a survey of active-duty, reserve, retired and veteran service members and their families. The survey focuses on benefits and quality-of-life issues. The organization plans to share the results with Capitol Hill lawmakers, as well as policy drivers with the Defense, Homeland Security and Veterans Affairs departments.
