Lawmaker: Flynn Lied About Income

Retired Army Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, who resigned as President Trump’s national security adviser 24 days into the job, lied about income he received from companies with Russian ties, according to a lawmaker. Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md., made the accusation in a letter to the leadership of the House Intelligence Committee, the New York Times reported. Flynn could face felony charges for not reporting as a lobbyist for a foreign government, or accepting a fee for a television appearance with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
