Concerned about low participation, the Navy is urging sailors to take part in the 2014 RAND Military Workplace Study now underway. All active-duty female sailors and a quarter of all male active-duty sailors had been asked to take part in the survey, with assurances that their responses will be completely confidential. Sailors can receive copies of the survey by calling the RAND Corp., at (855) 365-5914. Those outside of the continental U.S. can call collect at (240) 453-2620.
