Sailors and officers who help bring new shipmates into the sea service can earn the Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal, the Navy/Marine Corps Commendation Medal, or other awards. In a March 10 announcement, the Navy Recruiting Command outlined a program that offers the incentives to those who provide names of prospective recruits, or refer them to recruiters.
