The Navy has tweaked its Selective Reenlistment Bonus (SRB) plan for active-duty sailors. Experienced sailors in 26 critical skills would receive higher bonuses, while 22 will see lower SRBs. Seven more skills were added to the SRB list, with 11 removed. The Navy uses the bonus to encourage sailors with critical skills to remain in uniform.
