The Navy is continuing to adjust the Sea Shore Flow Enlisted Career Paths, to ensure that ships and squadrons are adequately manned. In the most recent such adjustment, roughly 9,000 sailors in 10 communities will see their tour lengths altered, the Navy Personnel Command (NPC) announced Dec. 4. Four will face increased sea tours, while two others will see such tours reduced. Sailors in one rating will experience shorter sea and shore tours, while one other rating will face longer sea and shore tours. More details are available online in NAVADMIN 361/12, on the NPC Web site at www.npc.navy.mil.
