President Obama signed a short-term spending bill that would provide the incoming Trump administration to produce a defense budget, the Association of the U.S. Army reported on its web site. The measure garnered bi-partisan support, and will expire April 28. The Army would receive funding to continue Apache and Black Hawk helicopter procurement and other critical programs, AUSA reported.
