TRICARE, the Defense Department’s managed health-care program, now will cover well-child visits for eligible children up to age 21. Military.com reported Oct. 15 that the new policy would include physicals required for school admissions. Prior to the change, coverage for well children stopped at age 6. The change takes effect Nov. 14.
