VA Health Benefit Process Streamlined

The Department of Veterans Affairs has simplified the online process veterans must use in order to apply for health benefits. By using the new Form 10-10EZ Application for Health Benefits, veterans can now save incomplete forms to their computer desktops and thus complete the electronic paperwork incrementally. Previous electronic applications required users to complete applications in a single session. Also, the new application forms allow veterans to save copies to their computers. The new form also eliminates some questions, and clarifies others. More improvements will come in the next few months, VA officials promise. 10-10EZ forms are available online at https://www.1010ez.med.va.gov/sec/vha/1010ez.
