The Air Force Culture and Language Center (AFCLC) has launched a program to identify airmen with proclivity in foreign languages, and foster that skill throughout their military careers. Under the new Language Enabled Airmen Program (LEAP), the service will tap airmen who have demonstrated potential to learn and excel at foreign languages in the Defense Language Proficiency Test and Defense Language Aptitude Battery, as well as those who have been exposed to foreign languages, to continue language training. More details are available on the AFCLC Web site, at http://www.culture.af.edu/.
