AF Taps 31 for Test Pilot Training

An Air Force board selected 31 officers to take part in the service’s test pilot program that met at the Air Force Personnel Center at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. Most of the pilots, navigators and flight test engineers will begin classes in July 2008 and January 2009 at the Air Force Test Pilot School at Edwards Air Force Base, Calif. Two will attend the Navy’s test pilot school at Patuxent River Naval Air Station, Md.
