The Air Force is making it easier for airmen, Space Force guardians and civilian employees to document joint experiences, with the introduction of its MyVector platform. It is available online at
https://myvector.us.af.mil/myvector.

First-time users would have to complete an application process and submit it to a supervisor for approval. Once registered, airmen, guardians and civilians can report education, training and experiences under the site’s experience tab, under the Duty History heading.

“MyVector is a platform that contains a variety of modules to provide airmen with the tools they need for force development, talent management, mentoring and assignments,” said Maj. Angelica Cubillos-Fonseca, the enterprise’s program manager.

Cubillos-Fonseca added that using the Joint Talent Tracking Management System (JTTMS), service leadership would be better able to make informed talent-management decisions. She also noted that the JTTMS is not intended to replace the existing Joint Officer Management Program, under which officers get formal credit for experiences and joint-duty assignments.

Rather, it offers higher visibility of these experiences and assignments to senior leaders and development teams.
