The Army is reviewing the service records of former soldier Micah Johnson, the man responsible for killing five Dallas police officers and wounding several others July 7. The review will focus on reasons why Johnson received an honorable discharge, CBS News reported. Johnson had faced a sexual-harassment complaint during his six-year stint in the Reserve, and apparently could have faced an other-than-honorable discharge. Police killed Johnson the night of the attacks, using a remote-controlled bomb.
