The National Military Family Association (NMFA) is offering some tips for service members and their families who may find the instructions on the government’s 2010 Census form confusing. "If your servicemember spouse is overseas, then the person receiving the questionnaire should not count the spouse that is overseas," the NMFA advises, in a statement on its Web site. The deployed spouse will be counted by the Defense Department. NMFA also notes that service members and their families who live overseas will not receive a census questionnaire, and will instead be counted based on their home of record, with information provided by DoD
