GI Bill Comparison Tool Improved

Veterans, service members and eligible dependents now can get a more accurate bearing on the extent of their education benefits. The Department of Veterans Affairs unveiled an improved version of the GI Bill Comparison Tool that debuted last February. The tweaks provide users with access to affordability information, as well as details about approved colleges, universities, and other education and training institutions. Using a calculator function, beneficiaries can come up with better estimates of tuition, fees, housing costs, and book stipends. The tool is available online at www.benefits.va.gov/gibill/comparison.
