JASS Career Management System Offline

Due to destruction by Hurricane Katrina, the Job Advertising and Selection System Career Management System (JCMS) servers located at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, New Orleans, went offline. Navy Personnel Command shifted to manual mode of operations for distribution and orders negotiating. Because the outage affects the Aug. 23-31 application cycle, existing applications could not be reviewed. Sailors who submitted applications this cycle or are less than six months from their Projected Rotation Date were encouraged to contact their detailer prior to 12 p.m. CDT Sept. 2. Commencing with the Sept. 7 application cycle, Sailors should contact their respective detailer to submit verbal applications.
