The Marine Corps will conduct ethics stand-downs at all installations, between June 18 and 29. At the order of Gen. James F. Amos, the service’s commandant, the Marine Corps University is developing a period of instruction that will address ethical behavior among Marines. It will be delivered to all colonels and lieutenant colonels, as well as their senior enlisted advisors, at all major bases and stations.
