Navy Changes E7 Exam Date

The estimated 35,000 first-class petty officers who are scheduled to take the test for advancement to chief will have to wait two more days. The Navy has shifted the E7 test date back to Jan. 16. The test originally had been slated for Jan. 14. The Navy made the switch to ensure that funding glitches would not interfere with the testing process.
