PXs Stop Selling Money Orders

Stores operated by the Army and Air Force Exchange Service will no longer sell money orders, as of May 31. The change is necessary, AAFES officials say, in order to comply with anti-money laundering requirements and Defense Department financial management regulations. Money orders will still be available on base at banks, credit unions, and post offices.
