The Navy will introduce two new Navy Working Uniforms next year. Special warfare operators and the sailors who support them will be authorized to wear “NWU Type II” four-color desert digital camouflage uniforms, to wear during deployments and training exercises. Stateside sailors, and those deployed to non-desert environments, will be authorized to wear “NWU III” four-color woodland digital camouflage uniforms.
