Three federal agencies – Agriculture, NSA and the Bureau of Engraving and Printing — have been recognized by WorldatWork’s Alliance for Work-Life Progress for promoting work-life balance for their employees.
The "seal of distinction" awards are based on the breadth and depth of a work-life portfolio, including dependent care, health and wellness, workplace flexibility, financial support, paid and unpaid time off, community involvement and efforts to transform organizational culture.
USDA also received an additional innovative excellence award for its "Turbo-Charge Telework" program.
