Federal Manager's Daily Report

The Air Force will conduct its annual Total Force Climate Survey March 13-April 27, a survey that polls civilian employees as well as active duty, National Guard and Reserve personnel on issues including job satisfaction, adequacy of resources and unit performance.

The survey, which predates but covers some of the same ground as the government-wide Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey, includes the opportunity to comment on how to improve a unit. The recognition and resources sections have been expanded, the Air Force said.

Results are expected to be available by June for unit leaders, who will be encouraged to brief their organizations within a month afterward.
