Federal Manager's Daily Report

The Air Force is making new tools available for civilian career development through its Civilian Development Resource Center, providing access to learning programs, no-cost courses, job aids, simulations and other services.

It replaces the former Supervisor Resource Center and is designed to help users create customized learning programs focusing on their individual needs, including needs assessment tools. Some information is presented by segments typical of a civilian’s career, such as “new employee,” “developing to journeyman employee,” “experienced employee,” “new supervisor” and “experienced supervisor.”
