By: FEDweek StaffThe application window has opened for the 2023-2024 class of the White House Leadership Development Program, a one-year program starting each October for GS-15 career federal employees to develop leadership skills while working on high-priority challenges.
Agencies may nominate up to six employees for each cycle and individuals also may apply on their own behalf, with supervisory recommendation and approval. Availability is tightly limited, however.
