The Army has opened the period for GS-14 and -15 employees to ask to be considered for its Senior Enterprise Talent Management (SETM) program, which prepares participants for positions of greater responsibility through advanced senior-level educational and developmental experiences.
Senior officials are being asked to encourage employees to self-nominate. Nominations will be accepted through June 28, and applicants must comply with the suspense dates established by their commands.
Applicants may request consideration for developmental experience, senior service college, defense senior leader development program, and/or entry into GS-15 talent pool to be considered for placement in army enterprise positions. Employees must be a GS-15 or equivalent to be considered for Talent Pool management. Applicants can apply for multiple programs but must ensure their commands will fully support their participation in multiple programs if selected.
