The Chief Human Capital Officers Council will hold three, one-day CHCO Academy training sessions at OPM headquarters on February 25, 26 and 27, from 9am – 4pm.
Each one-day interactive training session will present an overview of the OPM Workforce Planning Model and industry best practices in alignment with the requirements of 5 CFR 250 and the Government Performance and Results Modernization Act of 2010.
Participants will learn how to approach workforce planning strategically, understand the processes and benefits involved, recognize and overcome common roadblocks, and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce strategies, and the free course includes classroom training with interactive discussion, practical application, and workforce planning tool examples, according to OPM.
