Given in Washington D.C., ” Effective Supervision,” is
designed to teach participants to describe the cycle of
supervision and evaluate the work of their teams within
the context of their organizational culture and work
environment, support performance with effective feedback,
coach and motivate employees for improved performance,
and interview, hire, and integrate employees, and other
essential supervision skills.
Participants work through a process of self-assessments,
case studies, individual and small-group practical
exercises, facilitator presentations, skill practices,
group discussions, and application planning.
The session costs $595, and participants are asked to
bring to the course a current supervision challenge,
