The inaugural "Defense Leadership Summit: Defining the future of Civilian Leadership in the DoD" hosted by Civilian Personnel Management Service will be held at DoD’s Executive Management Training Center in Southbridge, Massachusetts, April 27-29.
Topics will range from broad leadership challenges to areas such as generational leadership, specific programs and initiatives, and best practices. The primary audience is senior human capital officers, organizational leadership, human resource development strategic advisors and specialists, human resource practitioners, national security professionals, and academia, educators and training specialists.
