The Office of Personnel Management has scheduled a program for Mar. 15-19, for team leaders, managers and senior level professionals or those with equivalent level of responsibility.
Given at the Eastern Management Development Center in Shepherdstown, W.Va., “Developing and Communicating Leadership Competencies: Use the Concept, Practice, Application (CPA) Model to Incorporate Six Essential Competencies Into Your Leadership Style,” guides participants in the practice of six leadership skills in a variety of contexts. The program provides individual assessments and multi-rater feedback, and teaches participants to communicate leadership competencies.
