The Department of Homeland Security has announced 25 contract awards for IT services as part of its “enterprise acquisition gateway for leading edge solutions” program, a department-wide platform for acquiring IT services in five categories.
Those categories are infrastructure engineering design, development, implementation, and integration; operations and maintenance; independent test, validation, verification; software design; and, management support services.
DHS did not say how much the contracts are worth, but several major contractors top the list including Lockheed Martin, Bearing Point, Booz Allen Hamilton, General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman IT, and Raytheon Company.
