The Department of Homeland Security has announced the launch
of a site where information technology vendors can submit
details about their products and services, to help DHS stay
on top of and understand industry offerings.
DHS said it may eventually broaden the functionality of the
site to include all products and services, and is working
with the Small Business Administration and high-tech
associations to include small and disadvantaged businesses
in this procurement effort.
DHS is discouraging vendors from submitting information that
they would want protected with a non-disclosure agreement.
The vendor information site is at: sparklist.com
