The EEOC is conducting through September a series of some two dozen virtual training courses including EEO training for new investigators and counselors, barrier analysis, anti-harassment program management, and more.

The courses are designed to meet the training requirements for EEO counselors, investigators, special emphasis program managers and attorneys under Management Directive 110, the primary set of rules governing agency-level EEO policies, the EEOC said.

Also available are courses tailored to meet the needs of federal managers and anti-harassment program coordinators, as well as EEO practitioners responsible for conducting barrier analyses and drafting final agency decisions and letters of acceptance and dismissal, it said.

Cost, registration and other information is at eeoc.gov/training-institute/eeo-federal-courses. That site also has information available regarding onsite training and having EEOC presenters at agency events.
