The EEOC has set its calendar of federal training courses through the year, some of them geared for managers in general, while others are more specialized and aimed at EEO counselors and investigators, agency representatives and other practitioners in the field.
Course topics include EEO and HR for managers & supervisors, EEO laws refresher, barrier analysis, basic MD-715, counselor refresher, disability program manager (basic and advanced), drafting final agency actions, drafting letter of acceptance and dismissal, investigator refresher, and new counselor and new investigator.
