The African American Federal Executives Association will hold a leadership development and training conference April 24-25 in Williamsburg, Va., with a theme of mastering executive skills. The conference qualifies as training in compliance with 5 U.S.C. Chapter 41. The training is open to all employees and will provide training and workshops, covering interviewing, the executive core qualifications, and mentoring.
