The Joint Financial Management Improvement Program, an inter-agency initiative seeking to improve and coordinate financial management policies and practices, is soliciting nominations for its Donald L. Scantlebury Memorial Award, which is open to federal, state and local government employees who are senior executives and have demonstrated outstanding distinguished leadership resulting in effective financial management improvements
