The Federal Labor Relations Authority has announced three one-day sessions of negotiability training, and two separate one-day sessions of arbitration training taking place in Washington, D.C. and San Francisco this summer.
The training sessions will focus on informing the labor-management community about the processes and legal concepts involved in negotiability and arbitration cases. Negotiability trainings will take place July 18 in San Francisco, and on August 13 and 27 in Washington. Arbitration training will take place in Washington on August 14 and 26.
