Federal Manager's Daily Report

The Federal Labor Relations Authority has launched a new way to search its decisions online by allowing parties to by citation — both page and issuance number — case number, arbitrator, parties, subject terms, and volume list.

The authority said the new research capability, available here – www.flra.gov/authority_decisions – is a significant step in finalizing the new site it launched last October, and that all agency decisions have already been migrated.

"The new search capability, which was designed with input from external and internal stakeholders, was developed to provide easier, more user-friendly, and complete access to agency decisions," said FLRA chairman Carol Waller Pope.

"This improvement to the FLRA’s web site is another step in our on-going efforts to better serve our customers and to provide current, useful tools for federal employees, the unions that represent them, and federal agencies in resolving issues under the federal service Labor-Management Relations Statute,” she added.
