The FLRA has posted a total of nine new training videos on labor-management rights and obligations, including programs on unfair labor practice investigations, timelines issues, a seven-part program on investigatory examinations.
The videos resulted from an inter-agency effort that also will result in programs on topics including formal discussions, discrimination, duty of fair representation, bargaining, data requests, and more, the FLRA said.
