Highlights of the infrastructure aspects include a proposed: $759 million for the FBI headquarters consolidation project; $267 million for a new headquarters for FEMA, part of the program to consolidate DHS headquarters activities; $248 million to complete the modernization of the Calexico, Calif., U.S. Land Port of Entry, one of CBP’s highest priority needs; and $91 million in proposed investments for two facilities in Detroit.

She also pointed to the requested $3.1 billion IT Modernization Fund to retire, replace, or modernize the most at-risk legacy systems.
