In an attempt to drive interest in and build on its
e-Practice Library, a database of federal real property
management practices and success stories, the General
Services Administration is offering cash prizes to
participants in its Adopt-a-Practice program.
Participants must go to the e-Practice library at the
GSA website, find a real property management practice
from another agency that suits their own strategic goals,
and then adapt it and document how it was used to fulfill
agency needs, said GSA.
It said an independent jury will then award one
individual $5,000; and one team $10,000. For the October
7, 2004, award ceremony, the entry deadline is May 20.
Agencies may submit their accounts online.
