The 18 agencies using the Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative wireless blanket purchase agreements are achieving an average savings of 24 percent compared to their previous wireless agreements, GSA has announced.
As of March 31 the program has exceeded $1 million in spend for fiscal 2014, and agencies are increasingly using the agreements, GSA noted.
It said FSSI Wireless customers now have the option to use both eBuy and Reverse Auction to purchase FSSI Wireless services, and that agencies who want to manage their wireless resources as part of their entire enterprise systems can also add resources from GSA’s Managed Mobility sources of supply list or use FSSI Wireless BPA industry partners to receive quotes on mobile management resources.
