The Office of Personnel Management has scheduled a course for
May 10-14 for all federal employees.
Given at the Western Management Development Center in Denver,
“Emotional Intelligence as a Leadership Skill,” is designed to
show participants how forward-looking organizations, such as
Kaiser Permanente and American Express are using the power of
emotions to create better, more productive teams and team
members. The course is designed to give participants a working
knowledge of the five executive qualification competencies
that will help them be more successful at work.
The $2,900 fee includes meals, lodging, tuition and course
