A newly posted dashboard on evaluation.gov compiles topics for study listed in the learning agendas under the Foundations for Evidence-Based Policymaking Act, or Evidence Act, searchable by topic, agency, and focus (such as mission, operations or both).

The “federal workforce” topic for example includes two dozen items from OPM and several other agencies on subjects including succession planning, managing risks to personnel, recruitment strategies for the STEM fields, promotion of DEIA initiatives, and more.

The dashboard allows combining criteria so that for example a combination of the “federal workforce” and “future of work” topics yields 20 results including the impact of maximum telework on mission, customer service and employee recruitment and retention; technology for future offsite work; analyzing future workforce needs; flexibilities that will be needed for managing the workforce in the future; and more.

The dashboard, at evaluation.gov/learning-agenda-questions-dashboard, provides links to the more detailed topic areas from the agencies that are matched.
