The National Aeronautics and Space Administration has become
the first federal agency to reach green status on the
President’s Management Agenda scorecard in the area of human
capital management, the Office of Personnel Management has
announced, congratulating the agency on reaching its goal.
“NASA has made it clear that all levels of its agency share
the responsibility and accountability for effectively
managing its human capital resources,” said OPM. “And as a
team, they have learned to continuously promote the
activities that elevated their ability to attract, retain,
and develop a high-performing workforce.”
