OPM has developed an online course that is free to agencies on basic information and resources to hire, retain, and advance employees with disabilities.
The course follows up on a 2010 executive order to boost the employment of individuals with disabilities in the federal government. “In accordance with E.O. 13548, this training should be considered required training for human resources personnel and hiring managers,” OPM said in a memo to agencies.
