It said Elizabeth F. DelNegro, currently the acting assistant commissioner for the office of strategic business planning and process improvement, will take over as the acting CIO, and be responsible for the development and management of FAS IT applications and systems.

Amanda Fredriksen, the deputy assistant commissioner for the office of general supplies and services, will become the acting assistant commissioner for the office of strategic business planning and process improvement.
